Welcome to Villa Rosso's vacation rental apartment. We are located near downtown Sonora, California in Tuloumne County. The furnished apartment is above our over sized garage and has approximately 600 square feet of living space.
It is located behind the Mother Lode Fairgrounds and a short walk to historic downtown Sonora.
The apartment has wall to wall carpeting, kitchette, bath and living space. It comes furnished with a small refrigerator, dishes and linens as well as one full sized bed and a single bed with trundle. There is a dining room table and chairs, game table and dressers and stools. Also you will find a TV with a DVD/VHS player, wall propane heater for winter and ceiling fans for summer comfort. The bath has a tub/shower with all the linens and beds are furnished with sheets, blankets and pillows.
The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably and prices are quoted for a total of 4 occupants. Included in the apartment is coffee, cream and sugar and bottled water as well as soap and shampoo for the bath.
Rates are $129.00 per night (Friday thru Sunday) and week days (Monday thru Thursday) is a total of $300.00..
Reservations are a must and a deposit is required to hold the apartment (this varies as to the length of stay). No deposit refund if cancellation is not made within 24 hours prior to stay. Check in time is 2:00 and check out is Noon.

Sonora, California has many attractions and is near to all your vacation events.
In close proximity are fresh water lakes such as Tulloch, New Melones, Don Pedro, Pinecrest, Pine Mountain, Beardsley and Cherry for all your water sports. For skiing; Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley are near. Gold Rush towns are close for day trips as well as Yosemite Valley being an hour away.
Many wineries, antique stores and shopping are in the immediate area.
